Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.Little-Betty.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Total delivery time includes the processing time until the order ships, plus the expected shipping time for your order. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12 noon PT will begin processing the next business day. Please note that Little-Betty is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses.
If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability, a customer service representative will contact you right away.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Little-Betty offers flat rate shipping & handling! Choose the service level that is right for you and pay one flat rate.
Orders may come sooner depending on shipping address.

Occasionally, during large promotional events and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Certain delivery locations or situations may cause delays.
Shipment re-routes, address corrections, cancel
We process orders quickly! To make a change to your order, please give us a call as soon as possible to cancel the order and place a new one if the order hasn't yet been processed. You can chat with us live and we are happy to get the ball rolling!
Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Little-Betty ships to addresses within the U.S. Economy Delivery is only available for street addresses and P.O. Box shipments. Economy Delivery is available for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories, but please allow up to 20 days for delivery.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return Policy
You are always welcome to return or exchange the products purchased at Little-Betty.com.
We want you to love what you’ve ordered, but just in case, online purchases can be returned to Little-Betty through the mail.
We will be happy to issue a return or exchange, within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is new, still in its original packaging with tags, and has not been worn or washed. Please note, all items purchased on the final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final after 30 days.
REFUND OPTION
We offer several methods of compensation for a returned item if the product is undamaged and the package is in proper condition:
1. Money refund. We will return the cost of the item you spent to purchase.
2. Gift card. We will give a Gift card equal to the cost of the item to be used on our Site with another purchase.
How to Return a Purchased Item
There are three easy ways to start a return:

A $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.
You may return the item at your own expense. In this case, there are no deductions.
Please have your order ID and zip code handy to speed up the process.
You can’t return multiple orders in the same package. To properly process your refunds, each returned order needs to have an individual return label and be sent in separate packages.
What Happens Next
We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please repackage the returned items along in either the original shipping bag or packaging of your choice (make sure there are no other labels on it), and apply the shipping label.
A returned item will be inspected upon arrival.
If the condition an item has been returned in is inappropriate (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
If the condition of a returned item is appropriate, you will receive compensation within 10 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.
We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
Returning a Damaged or Faulty Item
We are sorry that you received a damaged or faulty item.
Please return this item to us as soon as possible so that we could process the refund. If you’re unable to return the item, please contact our Customer service at support@little-betty.com and we’ll take care of you/
Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return.
Returning an Incorrect Item
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us, and once inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it's arrived back at our warehouse.
